Consultation

  • Initial Contact:

    • We’ll schedule a discovery meeting (in-person or virtual) to dive deeper into your goals.

  • Discovery Meeting:

    • We discuss your objectives, audience, message, and any ideas or inspirations you may have.

    • Key questions include:

      • What is your story or brand message?

      • What is the desired outcome of the content?

      • What is your target audience and distribution platform?

  • Creative Brief Development:

    • We prepare a Creative Brief summarizing your project requirements, creative direction, and timeline.

  • Proposal Preparation:

    • Based on the Creative Brief, we draft a detailed quote, including:

      • Production hours: Estimated time for filming.

      • Editing hours: Estimated time for post-production.

      • Breakdown of additional costs (e.g., locations, equipment rentals, licensing, etc.).

  • Presentation and Review:

    • We walk you through the proposal, ensuring all details are clear and aligned with your expectations.

    • Revisions are made if needed to ensure the proposal fits your budget and goals.

  • Agreement:

    • Once approved, a formal Production Agreement is signed, and a deposit is collected to secure the project.

Pre-Production

Creative Development:

  • Scriptwriting (if applicable) or creating a storyboard.

  • Defining the style, tone, and creative approach.

Logistics Planning:

  • Scheduling shoot dates and locations.

  • Identifying key production roles (e.g., director, cinematographer, talent).

  • Acquiring necessary permits and insurance.

Production Prep:

  • Finalizing equipment and crew needs.

  • Conducting a tech scout (visiting filming locations to plan setups).

  • Rehearsals or script read-throughs if required.

  • Final alignment on all project details with the client before filming begins.

  • If you wish, you can be present during filming or review dailies (raw footage) to ensure satisfaction with the progress.
